FORCE SUPPORT ACTUATION SYSTEM
The Electrical Hand-force Control System (EHCS) for the Airbus A380 reduces the force required by the passenger to close the overhead bin. The unit adjusts itself automatically reducing the load required to close the bin irrelevant to the weight stored.
